  1. We make every effort to display the colors, materials, and details of our clothing products as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen displays and lighting, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be 100% accurate.
  2. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Orders and Pricing

  1. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing/product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
  1. Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We deliver products across Bangladesh using third-party courier services.
  2. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines (e.g., 2–3 days inside Dhaka, 3–5 days outside Dhaka), delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to unexpected delays caused by courier logistics, political, or natural disruptions.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  1. We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the clothing item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  1. Unless otherwise stated, AQida and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website (including product photography, logos, graphics, and text). All intellectual property rights are reserved.
  2. You must not republish, sell, rent, or duplicate material from our website without our explicit written consent.

  1. Tendwear shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
